- How much does shipping cost?
Styled By Josh offers express shipping within Australia for all orders at a flat rate of $15.
- How long will my delivery take?
Once your order has shipped, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery depending on your location. We ship via Australia Post and tracking is available via the Australia Post website.
- What could delay my order?
Whilst we endeavour to fulfil all orders, please be aware that some styles may not be available at the time of dispatch, particularly during sale or high demand periods like Valentine’s Day & Christmas. If an item becomes unavailable for an extended period we will notify you if we are unable to fulfil your order.
We work hard to protect our customer's personal and financial information from being used in a fraudulent manner. We undertake efforts to verify the security and privacy of all orders. Due to these efforts, most orders take a minimum of 1 - 2 business days before being approved for shipment.

- How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing a consignment number and tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel.
Alternatively you can track your delivery on the Auspost website.
- Do I need to sign for the delivery?
At the discretion of our shipping providers, to minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, parcels may no longer require a signature for delivery. However, someone will need to be present at the residence for delivery to occur, otherwise the shipping provider's standard missed delivery procedures will apply.
- I’ve missed my delivery, what now?
If you’re not present when the delivery arrives, a notice will be left at your address providing details of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements.
Auspost will deliver the item to your nearest Australia Post location for pickup.
- Can I change my delivery address?
We process and pack your order as soon as possible. This means that your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not been processed by our warehouse team. To change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible via email info@styledbyjosh.com.au and we will advise what you need to do to make the change to the delivery address. Obviously, we will require your full order details, old delivery address, new delivery address, confirmation of your name and phone number and order number.
