Refund policy

There are nine guarantees that apply to goods purchased from Styled By Josh.

The guarantees apply to Styled By Josh and, in certain circumstances, our manufacturers.

1. Styled By Josh guarantee that goods are of acceptable quality when sold to our customers.
2. Styled By Josh guarantee that our description of goods (for example, on printed promo material or on our website) is accurate.
3. Styled By Josh guarantee that the goods will satisfy any extra promises made about them (express warranties)
4. Styled By Josh guarantees that goods will be reasonably fit for any purpose the consumer or supplier specified.
5. Styled By Josh guarantees that goods will match any description provided on our website or other websites we control.
6. Styled By Josh guarantees we have the right to sell the goods (clear title), unless we alerted the consumer before the sale that we had ‘limited title’.
7. Styled By Josh guarantees that no one will try to repossess or take back goods, or prevent our customer using the goods.
8. Styled By Josh guarantees that goods are free of any hidden securities or charges and will remain so.
9. Styled By Josh manufacturers or importers guarantee they will take reasonable steps to provide spare parts and repair facilities for a reasonable time after purchase.

 

If our goods fail to meet a guarantee, our customer will have rights against Styled By Josh, and in some cases the manufacturer. We will have to provide a ‘remedy’— to put right a fault, deficiency or failure to meet an obligation.

 

When the problem is minor, Styled By Josh can choose between:

• repair the goods
• replace the goods
• provide a refund

Please choose carefully, Styled By Josh does not have to give a refund when a consumer simply changes their mind about the goods.

In the event that our customer purchases a ring and upon delivery, identifies that the ring is not the correct size, Styled By Josh, at its discretion, may agree to exchange that ring for a different size at no charge (excluding shipping charges).

In the event that our customer purchases earrings, Styled By Josh will not except returns of this product due to health & safety reasons, unless required to do so by law, as per the aforementioned guarantees.

Customers can feel safe shopping at Styled By Josh as we take great pride and respect in our fair and reasonable returns policy.
